摘要
以塑料大棚立体栽培油麦菜为试验材料,研究了不同灌水温度对油麦菜生长和光合作用的影响,探讨适宜油麦菜生长的灌水温度。结果表明:25~35℃的水温灌溉范围内均能在不同程度上促进油麦菜的茎粗、鲜重、叶片数、叶绿素含量和产量。25和30℃灌溉水温时的油麦菜生长势较好,而对油麦菜叶片光合作用影响较显著的是20和30℃。综合灌溉水温度对油麦菜生长、产量和光合作用的影响,灌水温度保持在25~30℃较为适宜。
The leaf lettuces with stereo cultivation in plastic greenhouse were selected as experimental materials to study the effects of differ- ent irrigation water temperatures on the growth and photosynthesis of leaf lettuce and to explore how the irrigation water temperature adapts to leaf lettuce growth. The results show that : the irrigation water temperatures in the range of 25- 35 ℃ can promote the stem diameter, plant fresh weight, leaf numbers, SPAD value and yield of the leaf lettuce to different extents. The growth situation was better with the irrigation water at 25 and 30 ℃, the treatments of 20 and 30 ℃ irrigation water had more significant influence on photosynthesis of leaf lettuce. The irri- gation water temperature of 25 - 30 ℃ was more appropriate when combining the effect of irrigation water temperature on the growth, yield and photosynthesis.
