烧结温度对氧化硅微孔陶瓷灌水器性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 烧结温度是制备微孔陶瓷灌水器的关键控制因素。研究以石英砂主要原料,制备了一种渗灌用氧化硅微孔陶瓷灌水器,分析烧结温度对微孔陶瓷灌水器结构及水力性能的影响。结果表明:氧化硅微孔陶瓷的主要成分为SiO_2和CaAl_2Si_2O_8,其主要物质成分不随烧结温度发生变化;随烧结温度的增大,微孔陶瓷密度和开口孔隙率均有减小,且孔隙的均匀性降低,孔径分布范围增大;灌水器具有稳定的渗流效果和较好的压力~流量关系,且随烧结温度的提高,渗流系数增大。 Irrigation emitter is the key equipment of infiltration irrigation.. In this paper, a kind of silicon oxide micro porous ceramic emitter for infiltration irrigation is developed by using quartz sand and talc powder as the main raw material according to a certain preparation process. The effect of sintering temperature on the structure and properties of micro-porous ceramic emitters is analyzed by testing the phase composi- tion and micro morphology. The factors that affect the infiltration of the emitter through the infiltration experiment in different soils under low pressure are explored. The results show that Micro porous ceramics mainly contain SiO2 and a small amount of CaA12 Si2 0s after sintering. It will decrease the density and open porosity of micro porous ceramics with increasing siutering temperature, but it will not change the main material composition of micro porous ceramics. The uniformity of the pore of micro porous ceramics decreases, and the range of pore size dis- tribution increases. The irrigation emitter has a stable seepage flow and a good pressure flow relationship, the flow rate increases with the in- crease in pressure head.
