摘要
近年来频繁的城市洪涝灾害严重影响了城市发展和社会生活,从城市水文学和水力学的角度,结合遥感数据、城市规划数据和水文资料,通过耦合气象、水文和城市雨洪模型SWMM,模拟研究区域暴雨洪水产生过程,利用ArcGIS和地形资料预警淹没范围和水深,分析洪涝风险的时空分布,结合地下管网排水能力分析对管道进行优化设计,进而为城市排水系统的规划设计提供可靠科学基础。
In recent years, as frequent urban floods severely affects the urban development and social life, in term of the urban hydrology and hydraulics, this study combines remote sensing data, urban planning data and hydrological data to simulate the generation of urban storm flood by analyzing meteorology and hydrology and storm water management model (SWMM). ArcGIS and topographic data are applied to the early-warn submerging range and water depth, analyzes spatial and temporal distribution of flooding risk, and based on an analysis of under- ground pipes" drainability, brings up drainage system optimization, further provides the reliable scientific basis and support for the scheming and designing of urban drainage system.
