摘要
针对目前农田水利薄壁构件混凝土还没有实体强度检测方法和标准的问题,以薄壁构件干硬性混凝土标准立方体试件为研究对象,运用超声-回弹综合法获得江西省薄壁构件干硬性混凝土的声速值、回弹值,通过CECS 02:2005推荐的全国统一超声-回弹测强曲线和自拟超声-回弹测强曲线对其结果进行拟合,从结果可以看出,采用自拟超声-回弹测强曲线进行拟合的相对误差比全国统一超声-回弹测强曲线的相对误差小得多,而且相关系数较高,可以作为江西地区薄壁构件混凝土的超声-回弹测强曲线。
As thin-wall component for water conservancy has not the detection methods and standards for solid strength of concrete, the meth- od of ultrasonic -rebound is used to get velocity value and rebound value, through the national ultrasonic rebound strength curve that is recom- mended by CECS 02 : 2005 and self strength curve fitting the results. From the results we can see, the self strength curve of the relative error is smaller than the national ultrasonic rebound strength curve, and higher correlation coefficient, it can be used as the measuring curve of concrete strength of thin wall member in Jiangxi area.
