摘要
应用结构方程模型,对161家先进制造业和212家传统制造业研发团队的实证数据对比分析,发现双元文化通过双元技术创新推动企业转型升级,行业间差异的控制变量影响不显著,企业研发投入则存在正向影响。
Based on data from research teams of 161 advanced and 212 traditional manufacturers, a comparative study isdone using structural equation modeling. The result shows that ambidextrous culture is positively related to transformationand upgrade, with ambidextrous technological innovation as a full mediator. It also indicates that industry difference doesnot matter, while R＆D investment positively controls the relationship.
