摘要
基于社会交换、社会学习和调节焦点理论分析了伦理型领导力在组织中的传递过程,在区分伦理型领导力"道德个体"和"道德管理者"两个不同面向影响机制的基础上,建构了一个伦理型领导力传递的并行路径框架;最后,对研究结论进行了讨论并提出了未来研究展望。
This paper analyzed the trickle-down effect of ethical leadership based on the social exchange, social learning andregulatory focuses theory. By distinguishing the different influence mechanism of ' moral person' and ' moral manager' , itproposed a parallel path framework to explain the transmission process of ethical leadership. At last, this paper concluded witha discussion of the implications for research and practice, and the limitations and future studies are also discussed finally.
