摘要
综合考虑资源紧张度、网络复杂度和活动间隙度3个项目属性的影响,提出了一种具有实际尺寸的项目资源缓冲设置方法。实验结果表明,设置资源缓冲后的项目工期远远小于未设置资源缓冲的工期,并且能够显著提高项目的按时完工率,并节约成本。因此,这种新的资源缓冲设置模型能对项目进行有效保护,实现工期和成本的双重优化。
According to the activity sensitivity and activity attributes, such as resource tightness, network complexity and ac-tivity space interval, a resource buffer sizing method with an actual size is proposed. The experimental results indicate thatthe actual duration of the project after the determination of resource buffer gets much smaller, and the on-time completion ra-tio of the project is obviously improved. The proposed method can not only provide effective protection to the project, but al-so realize dual optimizations of project duration and cost.
