摘要
传统钳工加工小螺纹的方法效率低、质量不稳定;数控机床攻丝效率高,但也存在返工、报废风险高等问题。为此对M2.5以下的小螺纹孔系进行加工工艺研究,通过定制刀具对M2.5、M2、M1.6等小螺纹的螺纹铣削加工试验,确定了小螺纹的加工方式和刀具的切削参数范围,保证了零件加工质量的稳定性和一致性,极大地提高了生产效率。
The traditional methods of benching small thread are low efficiency, unstable quality; the CNC tapping can efficiency, but also high risk of reprocessing or scrap. Though the research of CNC machining, the NC machining experiment of M2.5, M2 and M1.6 thread, the method of small thread processing, ensured the stability of the machining quality and consistency, greatly enhanced the production efficiency.
