施肥方式对水稻穗期叶片氮代谢的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以杂交粳稻‘花优14'为材料,研究化肥配施有机肥对水稻穗期氮代谢的影响。结果表明:化肥配施有机肥处理穗期水稻叶片SPAD值和含氮量,植株干物质积累量和氮素积累量均显著高于对照和有机肥处理,与化肥处理差异不显著。功能叶氮代谢酶活性抽穗期均高于孕穗期,且两个时期处理间变化趋势一致,其中抽穗期谷氨酸合酶(GOGAT)与各氮素相关指标均呈极显著正相关。化肥配施有机肥处理的产量最高,达到8 537.44 kg/hm^2,显著高于有机肥处理和不施肥处理,较化肥处理提高3.27%。综合可见,化肥配施有机肥可以维持水稻穗期旺盛的氮代谢。 With 'Huayoul4' as test material, a field experiment was conducted to study the effects of chemical fertilizer combined with organic manure on nitrogen metabolism at the spiking stage of rice. The results showed that SPAD value and nitrogen content of rice leaves, dry matter and nitrogen accumulation of rice ground plants with the treatment of MY (80% Urea plus 20% manure)were significantly higher than those of CK (no fertilizer) and OT (manure alone),but there was no significant difference between MT and CT (Urea alone). The activities of nitrogen metabolism enzymes at the heading stage was higher than that at the booting stage, and the significantly higher than that of OT and CK,which was 3.27% higher than CT. On the whole, the application of chemical fertilizer combined with organic manure could maintain the strong nitrogen metabolism at the spiking stage of rice.
