生物质炭对老桃园再植障碍的土壤调理机制初探 被引量:2

摘要 通过露天盆栽试验,初步研究了生物质炭对老桃园再植障碍的调理机制。结果表明:添加1%、2%和5%生物炭处理对老桃园新栽桃苗的生长和叶片叶绿素荧光参数、土壤基本理化性状、土壤微生物群落均有一定的影响,其中添加1%生物质炭处理的效果最佳。添加1%生物质炭处理的桃苗枝干数增加2个,叶绿素SPAD值增加3.5,光合速率增加10.2μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1),蒸腾速率增加2.2 g·m^(-2)·h^(-1),土壤含水率增加57%,土壤速效钾增加15%,土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌数量分别增加1个数量级、2个数量级和2个数量级。 Through pot experiment, the soil conditioning mechanism of biochar on replant problem in old peach orchard were studied. The results showed that adding 1% ,2% and 5% biochar treatments had effects on the growth and leaf chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of newly planted peach seedlings, the basic physical and chemical properties of soil, and the soil microbial community in the old peach orchard. Among them, the effect of adding 1% biochar was the best. The branch number of peach seedling increased 2 and SPAD value of chlorophyll increased 3. 5, the photosynthetic rate increased 10. 2 μmol · m^-2·s^-1, the transpiration rate increased 2.2 g · m^-2 · h^-1 ,the soil moisture content increased by 57% ,soil available potassium increased by 15%, the number of soil bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes increased by 1,2 and 2 orders of magnitude.
