摘要
采用微波消解和湿法消解,ICP-OES测定有机肥中铅、砷、镉、铬和镍的含量,通过建立测定过程中各分量的数学模型确定不确定度的来源,并按JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度的评定与表示》的规定进行合成,评估了各不确定度分量对总不确定度的影响。结果表明:样品消解、重复性测定、标准溶液配置和标准曲线拟合对测定结果准确性影响较大,在实际检测中应严格控制。
An organic fertilizer was digested by microwave and wet, and its Pb, As, Cd, Cr and Ni contents were determined by ICP-OES. All the uncertainties in determining those contents were evaluated through building mathematical models and composed according to The Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (JJF 1059.1--2012 ), and the effects of the uncertainty sources on the total uncertainty were analyzed. The results showed that the digestion of samples, repetitive measurements, configuration of standard solution and standard curve fitting had a relatively great effect on the accuracy of determination and should strictly be controlled in actual treatments.
