摘要
为更好地开发利用长萼堇菜,以黔产长萼堇菜(Viola inconspicus Bl.)全草的花、根、叶(叶柄)为材料,采用顶空固相微萃取-气质联用法对其挥发性成分进行分析检测,并用峰面积进行归一化定量,研究黔产长萼堇菜中挥发性物质在不同部位生物合成的组织特异性。结果表明:黔产长萼堇菜不同部位的挥发性成分及其含量差异显著。花、根、叶(叶柄)中分别检出32种、33种和27种挥发性物质,其中主要共有挥发性成分为羟基乙酸、二甲基硫醚、1-辛烯-3-醇、(Z)-2-壬烯醛、水杨酸甲酯、十六烷、十七烷等成分。不同部位其主要的挥发性物质也各不相同,在花中以烷烃和醛、酮类为主,根中则以醇类为主,叶中以不饱和醇类和醛类为主,其中在花、根、叶中含量最高的挥发性成分分别为二十一烷(25.851%)、1-壬醇(24.07%)和(Z)-3-已烯-1-醇(24.98%)。
The volatile components in flowers, roots and leaves of V. inconspicus were detected and quantified by HS-GC-MS and peak area method to study the biosynthetic tissue specificity of volatile components in parts of V. inconspicus and to further develop and utilize V. inconspicus. Results: There are obvious differences in volatile composition and content among different parts of V. inconspicus. The volatile components detected from flowers, roots and leaves(petiole) of V. inconspicus are 32, 33 and 27 separately. Main common volatile components are Glycolic acid, Dimethyl sulfide, 1-Octen-3-Alcohol, (Z)- 2-Nonenal,Methyl salicylate, Hexadecane and Heptadecane and so on. There is a difference in major volatile components among different parts of V. inconspicus. The main volatile components in flowers of V. inconspicus are alkane, aldehydes and ketones. The main volatile component in roots of V. inconspicus is alcohols. The main volatile components in leaves of V. inconspicus are unsaturated alcohols and aldehydes. The volatile component with the highest content in flowers, roots and leaves of V. inconspicus is n Heneicosane (25. 851%), 1-Nonanol (24.07%) and (Z)-3-Hexene-1-Aleohol(24. 980%) respectively.
