摘要
为有效开发利用六棱菊资源,采用紫外分光光度法测定六棱菊总黄酮的含量,通过单因素试验考察乙醇浓度、料液比、超声时间、超声次数对提取率的影响,并利用正交试验设计法优化提取工艺。结果表明:六棱菊总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度50%,料液比1∶30(原料质量与溶剂体积比),超声时间20min,超声次数1次,在此条件下六棱菊总黄酮提取率达4.72%。
The flavonoids content in L. alata was detected by ultraviolet spectroscopy firstly, then the effect of ethanol concentration, material/solution ratio, ultrasound time and ultrasound frequency on flavonoids extraction rate was studied and finally the extraction process was optimized by the orthogonal test to effectively develop L. alataa resources. Results: The flavonoids extraction rate from L. alata is up to 4.72% under the optimum extraction process conditions of 50% ethanol, material/solution ratio of 1 : 30 (material quality/solvent volume ratio),and ultrasond extraction 1 times,20 min ultrasound treatment.
