摘要
为油用牡丹套种玉米或改茬种植玉米提供参考,以玉米为试验材料,采用琼脂培养及室内生物测定法研究0、0.25g/L、0.5g/L、1g/L、2g/L、4g/L和8g/L共7个油用牡丹丹皮粉浓度对玉米幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:丹皮粉不同添加浓度对玉米幼苗地上部和地下部生长均有抑制作用,且对地上部的抑制作用大于地下部,幼苗含水量下降,可溶性糖含量呈先升高后降低趋势,对地上部和地下部生长的半数有效浓度EC50分别为1.55g/L和0.89g/L。
To provide references for the possibility of peony oil maize interplanting corn stubble or change,agar culture and indoor bioassay were employed to explore the effects of seven Dan peel powder concentrations(0,0.25 g/L,0.5 g/L,1 g/L,2 g/L,4 g/L,8 g/L) on maize seedling growth. Results: The overground and underground parts of maize were restrained by various concentrations of Dan peel powder, the former one was restrained heavier than the latter one. The seedling moisture content decreased and the soluble sugar content first increased and then decreased. EC50 of the overground and underground parts were respectively 1.55 g/L and 0.89 g/L.
