摘要
芦笋富含芦笋多糖、维生素、芦丁、甾体皂苷、硒等多种功能成分,对糖尿病、高血压、癌症等多种疾病具有预防和治疗作用。从芦笋的成分、作用及其开发利用现状等方面综述了芦笋的药用和食用功能,展望了其前景并提出发展建议。
Asparagus is rich in asparagus polysaccharide, vitamin, rutin, steroidal saponins, selenium and other functional ingredients, prevention and treatment effect for a variety of diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure and cancer. The medicinal and edible functions of asparagus were summarized from aspects of composition, function, development and utilization of asparagus. Then the prospects and development suggestions were proposed as well.
