摘要
为探明烘烤工艺对红花大金元初烤烟叶整体质量的影响,提高烟叶质量及工业可用性,对低温低湿和中温中湿2种不同烘烤工艺初烤烟叶的内在化学成分含量、感官评析质量、初烤烟叶物理特性及外观质量和经济性状进行对比研究。结果表明:与低温低湿烘烤工艺相比,中温中湿烘烤工艺烟叶化学成分的协调性、感官评析质量和外观质量提高,物理特性表现更优,烟叶均价提高3.5%~4.8%。综合比较分析,建议保山植烟区红花大金元采取中温中湿烘烤工艺。
The chemical components' content, sensory quality, physical property, appearance quality and economic character of tobacco leaves under two curing technologies (low temperature/low humidity and moderate temperature/moderate humidity) were compared to discuss the effect of different curing technologies on the overall quality of Honghuadajinyuan tobacco leaves and improve tobacco quality and usability. Results: The harmony of chemical components, sensory quality, appearance quality and physical property of tobacco leaves under the moderate temperature/moderate humidity curing technology are better than under the low temperature/ low humidity curing technology. The average price of tobacco leaves under the moderate temperature/moderate humidity curing technology increases by 3. 5% - 4. 8% compared with under low temperature/low humidity curing technology. The moderate temperature/ moderate humidity curing technology should be used in curing of Honghuadajinyuan tobacco leaves in Baoshan tobacco growing area.
