水茄氯仿萃取物微乳剂配方的筛选 被引量:2

摘要 为有效利用水茄资源,开发绿色环保并具有优良抑菌活性的水溶性农药应用于生产,通过对溶剂、乳化剂、水质及其量的筛选,确定水茄氯仿萃取物微乳剂初始配方;对pH、微乳液稳定性、低温稳定性、热贮稳定性、透明区域以及有效成分稳定性进行测定,确定其合格性。结果表明:二甲基亚砜对水茄提取物溶解效果最好,5g氯仿萃取物中加入20mL二甲基亚砜即可完全溶解并保持稳定;By-110为最佳乳化剂单体,每5g氯仿萃取物加入10g保证优良乳化性能;5%有效成分含量为水茄提取物微乳剂最佳有效成分含量;蒸馏水为最佳水质。该条件下制备的微乳剂剂型理化性状稳定,是一种合格的剂型。 In order to make full utilization of S. torvum resources, develop green environmental-friendly water-soluble pesticides with good antibacterial activity to use in production, After screening of solvens, emulsifiers, the type of waters, and the amount of every factors, the initiative microemulsifier formulation was determined. Through a series of performance testing, pH, the microemulsion stability, low temperature stability, thermal stability, transparent area, stability of active components, formulation was proved to be eligible. Results:Dimethyl sulfoxide was of the best dissolution effect, 5 g chloroform extract was added with 20 mL solvent, By-ll0 monomer was the best emulsifier, Every 5 g chloroform extract was added to 10 g to ensure excellent emulsification, the best effective component content was 5%; and the distilled water was the best choice. Through the performance test, the physical and chemical properties of this formulation were very stable. By various tests, Solanum torvum 5% micro-emulsion is a qualified formulation.
