摘要
目的应用多焦视网膜电图检查技术探讨激光治疗糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的临床效果。方法选取在我院确诊为增生前期DR并接受激光治疗的患者30例(30只眼),应用多焦电生理检查仪对患者接受激光前,以及激光后2 d、1周、2周、3个月进行多焦视网膜电图检查,并对检查结果进行统计学分析。结果激光前和激光后各期P_1波振幅在环1、环3、环4、环5、象限Ⅰ~Ⅳ差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);N1波振幅在环1、环5、象限Ⅱ、象限Ⅳ差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);P_1波潜伏期在环3、环5、象限Ⅰ、象限Ⅲ差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);N_1波潜伏期在环5差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论由于激光治疗本身对视网膜的功能有一定的影响,而且病变导致的视网膜抗损伤的能力减弱,所以在激光治疗后短时间内出现视网膜功能显著下降,随后呈现逐渐恢复的趋势;通过视多焦视网膜电图检查,我们可以了解更多患者视觉功能改变的信息,能够定期对患者视网膜功能的变化、疾病的诊疗效果进行观察,因此视多焦视网膜电图检查在临床上具有很高的应用价值。
Objective Using mutifocal electroretinogram examination technology to explore the clinical effect of laser treatment of diabetic retinopathy, nothed Selection in our hospital diagnosed as proliferation of early diabetic retinopathy and in patients undergoing laser treatment of 30 cases ,30 eyes, based on multiple focal electrophysiological tester for patients receiving laser, before and after laser 2 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 months for more focal retinal emg examination, and the inspection results for statistical analysis. Results Laser before and after laser periods P1 wave amplitude at ring 1, 3, 4, 5, quadrant Ⅱ -quadrant Ⅳ differences statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; N1 wave amplitude at ring 1 and ring 5, quadrant Ⅱ , quadrant Ⅳ differences statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; PI wave incubation period in ring 3, 5, quadrant , quadrant Ⅲ differences statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; N1 wave incubation period in ring five differences statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Due to the laser treatment itself has certain influence to the function of the retina, and pathological changes caused by retinal damage resistance ability is abate, so appear within a short period of time after laser treatment of retinal function declined significantly, then presents the tendency of returning; Through visual focal retinal electric diagram to check more, we can know more information of visual function in patients with change of patients with retinal function can regularly changes, diagnosis and treatment effects were observed, so see more focal retinal emg examination has a high application value in clinic.
