摘要
早产儿发生近视性屈光不正的几率较足月儿明显增高,其发生机制尚未完全阐明。而早期光照是早产儿视力发育的重要影响因素,可能参与调控视网膜多种生物活性物质的表达,从而促进近视的发生发展。探讨早期光照对早产儿近视发生的影响,为早产儿视觉发育和视力保健提供研究基础。
The rate of myopia was significantly higher than that normal full-term infants, the pathogenesis has not yet been confirmed. Lighting in advance is a vital factor on the visual development, which participates in the retinal expression of biologically active substance and promotes the processes of myopia. Investigation on the influence of premature visual exposure on the premature myopia provides research basis of ocular development and visual acuity protection in preterm children.
