“一带一路”战略下民族传统体育跨文化传播的价值、困境及其消解

The Value,Dilemma and Dispelling of Cross-cultural Communication of National Traditional Sports under the “All Along the Way” Strategy

通过文献资料、专家访谈等研究方法,对"一带一路"战略下民族传统体育跨文化传播的价值进行了梳理,认为民族传统体育对"一带一路"建设具有促进文创经济交流,提高丝路国家政治互信;传承优秀体育文化,传播中华优秀文化;拓宽体育文化内涵,促进沿线文化多元融合等价值。在进行民族传统体育跨文化传播中存在以下困境:1)文化自戕:民族传统体育跨文化传播的"自我迷失";2)文化误读:民族传统体育跨文化传播的"场域差异";3)传播乏力:民族传统体育跨文化传播的"载体不足";4)手段僵化:民族传统体育跨文化传播的"艺术缺失"。在此基础上,针对困境提出了以下建议:培养民族传统体育文化自觉,建构跨文化传播内容体系;正视"一带一路"国家文化差异,构建差异化传播模式;构建立体传播手段,提升跨文化传播话语权;提升民族传统体育跨文化传播技巧,促进"柔性"传播等,以更好的促进民族传统体育在"一带一路"建设中的价值发挥和自身价值的弘扬与发展。

Through the research methods of literature and expert interviews, this paper combs the value of cross-cultural transmission of national traditional sports under the strategy of ＂all the way along the road＂, and points out that the nation- al traditional sports have the function of promoting cultural exchange, Road national political mutual trust; the transmission of outstanding sports culture, the dissemination of Chinese outstanding culture;broaden the connotation of sports culture, and promote cultural diversity along the value. In the intercultural communication of national traditional sports, there are the following difficulties ： 1 ） Cultural suicide ： ＂self-lost＂ of intercultural communication of national traditional sports ; 2 ） Cultural misreading： ＂field difference＂ of intercultural communication of national traditional sports ;4）the rigid means ：the national traditional sports intercultural communication of the ＂art is missing＂. In the traditional culture of cross-cultural transmission of the ＂lack of carrier＂ ; On the basis of this, the following suggestions are put forward ： to cultivate the national traditional sports culture consciousness, to construct the content system of intercultural communication;to face up to the ＂national culture＂ ,to construct the different communication mode ;to construct the means of intercultural communication; Promote the transmission of ＂flexible＂ and so on, in order to better promote the national traditional sports in the ＂all along the way＂ in the construction of the value of their own values and promote the development and development.
