摘要
通过SIMI录像解析系统对受试者原地掷标枪动作进行生物力学分析,了解人体在掷标枪过程中,上下肢的运动学和动力学相关参数特征,并以此为例,分析人体在完成模式化动作过程中,肢体各环节之间以及身体整体协调性的变化特征。研究发现,合理有效的运动训练可以改变某些肢体的运动协调性,通过掷标枪训练,可以提高下肢向上肢传递能量的有效性。
This study through the SIMI video analysis system for biomechanical analysis of subjects in javelin movement to understand the parameters of kinematics and dynamics of upper and lower limbs of human body in throwing process. This paper aims to explore the characteristics of human body movement coordination during the formation of the human body coordination. The result showed that effective exercise training can change the coordination of some limbs, for the javelin training, this exercise can improve the effectiveness of the energy transmission efficiency from the lower limb to the upper limb.
