基于地理位置大数据的京津冀城市群短期人口流动研究

Location Based Big Data Analysis of the Short-term Population Flow of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Urban Agglomeration

随着京津冀一体化进程的加速,城市群内部各城市之间的人口流动问题也逐渐引起人们的关注。利用腾讯公司的人口流动大数据,采集了京津冀城市群内部各城市在2015年2月3日至5月30日期间的短期人口流动数据。通过聚类分析,识别出京津冀三个子城市群及其短期人口流动趋势。一方面,通过时间对比分析发现人口流动的时间特征,即春节前的春运期间,人口流动方向主要表现为由中心城市流向非中心城市,而节后春运则与节前时期相反;此外,还发现在非节假日期间人口流动存在明显的周期性规律。另一方面,从空间对比分析得出短期人口流动的地理特征,人口流动与城市的地理位置、经济发展状况、常住人口等因素密切相关。进一步对人口流动时间和空间规律的相应成因进行了深入的分析。

With the accelerating integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province, the issue of population flow in urban agglomeration is gradually attracting people＇s attention. This paper collects the population flow data of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei urban agglomeration between February 3 and May 30 in 2015 from the platform of Tencent Corp. , and identifies three sub-urban agglomerations through cluster analysis. The temporal charac- teristics are summarized by temporal analysis. During the period before the Spring Festival, the main popula- tion flow goes from central cities to non-central cities. During the period after the Spring Festival, the opposite occurs. In addition, we find obvious periodicity of population flow during the non-holiday related days. We ob- tain geographical features of population flow through spatial analysis. The short-term population flow is related to geographical characteristics, economic conditions and number of resident population. Furthermore, we carry out an in-depth analysis about the causes of the flowing trend in terms of time and space.
