摘要 国产大型空分设备运行可靠性差,连续运转周期短,设备故障率高,空气分离类成套装备运转稳定性研究,已经成为国内迫切需要解决的科学问题。以某大型空分机组滑动轴承支撑轴系为研究对象,得到轴承油膜系统劳斯阵列;劳斯阵列第一列元素都为正值,运用劳斯稳定性判据得到轴承油膜系统稳定;运用传递矩阵原理,借助MATLAB软件求解矩阵,计算出轴系各轴承的标高与载荷值;依据轴系在联轴器处弯矩和剪力为零的原则,得到轴系安装扬度曲线;轴系安装扬度曲线为一条光顺的曲线。该研究为大型多跨、多支撑轴系稳定性研究提供了重要参考和工程依据。 Due to the low operational reliability of domestic large-scale air separation unit, whose life cycle accounted the short life cycle as well as the high rate of domestic equipment failure, serious worksite accidents occur frequently. Therefore, the operation stability of complex air separation type of complete sets of equipment has become an urgent research issue that needs to address. This thesis researches on a large air separation unit shaft supported by sliding bearings and the Routh array of the bearing oil film system is obtained. The system of the bearing oil film is stable according to the Routh criterion because the elements of the first column of the Routh array are all positive. The elevations and the loads of every bearing are got using MATLAB softer saluting matrix based on the theory of transfer matrix. The shaft installation Yang curve is got based on the principle that the value of the moment and the shear at the coupling are both zero. The shaft installation Yang curve is a smooth curve: This study provides an important reference and project basis for the stability research of large multi-span, multi-axis systems.
