气吹供种盘吸式排种器排种性能试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对像辣椒、番茄等形状不规整且流动性差的小颗粒种子难于实现精量播种的难题,设计了一种借助压力差而达到有效取种的气吹供种盘吸式排种器,并阐述了总体结构和工作原理。通过对该装置吸附取种过程的理论分析,得出了影响吸附效果的主要因素为气固体积比、供气速度和真空度,并以辣椒种子为对象,进行了正交试验。结果表明:在气固体积比为0.24,供气速度为7.8m/s,真空度为8k Pa的最佳参数条件下,排种器的单粒率为91.8%,空穴率为3.1%,多粒率为5.1%。该研究可为后续气吹供种盘吸式小颗粒排种器的设计提供新的思路和理论依据。 For seeds, such as chili and tomato, irregular shape and illiquidity of the small particles seeds that make it quite difficult to meet requirements for achieving precise sowing seeds in the field. In order to realize precise farming, a unique air- blowing conveying seeds plate of suction seed metering device was designed with effectively taking kind of by means of differential pressure ,and the overall structure and working principle was expounded. Through theoretical analysis to the process of the device taking kind of adsorption, it was concluded that the main factors that influenced the effect of adsorption were gas solid ratio, gas velocity and degree of vacuum, and took hot pepper seeds as object, the orthogonal experiment was conducted.The experiment restarts showed that: The optimal parameter combination was gas solid ratio at 0.24 and gas velocity at 7.8m/s and vacuum at 8kPa, under these conditions, qualification index S, missing seeding index L and overlapping seeding index D is 91.8, 3.1and 5.1.The research could be used to follow-up blowing being supported kind plate of suction of small particles provide new train of thought and theory basis for design.
