汽车差速器主动齿轮锻造出模问题的研究 被引量:3

摘要 汽车差速器主被动齿轮是汽车传动的重要部件,目前主要采用切削的方法加工。采用锻造的方法加工汽车差速器主动齿轮时会出现不能出模的情况,所以需要对出模情况进行判断。通过计算公共导程提出了利用导程区间判断锻件能否出模的方法,给出了计算公式,并且对其进行了验算。计算分析了节锥角、齿向节锥面曲率半径、中点螺旋角、压力角和齿面宽对出模的影响。对于出模有问题的情况可以对锻件进行修形,即在普通的加工余量上再加上修形量,可以使锻件更加顺利出模。节锥面曲率半径和根锥角的修改可以达到修形的目的,而且两个参数配合修改可以使锻件更好的出模。 The driving and driven gears in automobile differential are the signifwant automobile parts, which are manufactured by cut at present. The driving gear cannot be forced out die probably using forging method. The possibility of extruding die need to be estimated before process design. By calculating the public lead and lead interval, a methodology measuring weather the forged workpieee can be forced out was proposed. Formulas are constructed and valktated by a driving gears. The effect of pitch cone angle, curvature radius on pitch cone, mean spiral angle, pressure angle and width of tooth on extruding die was analyze& In terms of failure of forcing workpiece out from die, the workpiece shape can be modified. Increasing machine allowance, the workpiece can be forced out from die smoothly. The modification of curvature radio on pitch cone or dedendum cone angle is conducive to realizing this good~ What's more it's easier to get workpiece out from die by modifying these two parameters coordinately.
