摘要
介绍某型海洋综合试验船舵系主要参数的选取及设计特点,针对该船因舵机舱层高度低而无法采用常规舵系布置方法的问题,采取调整舵柄位置、上舵承基座倒装与主甲板固定、降低泵组安装高度等舵系设计方法,解决舵机舱层高度低带来的舵系布置安装难题。
The method of determining the general parameters and characters of steering gear of a multipurpose test vessel is introduced. According to the level height problem of the steering gear compartment,general steering arrangement methods can not be used. The level height problem to steering gear arrangement is solved by adjusting position of quadrant, re- versing up rudder bearing foundation fixed to main deck, and setting height of steering pump foundation, etc.
