摘要
介绍某艇长轴系艉轴架采用先进照光法环氧树脂浇注安装的新工艺及技术要点,对艉轴架对中定位浇注安装的精度分析与实践结果进行论述,通过安装后复测及航行试验,验证艉轴架采用新工艺安装的应用效果,给出艉轴架对中安装的总结性建议。
The new installation technology and essential of the long shafting stern shaft bracket of a naval vessel with advanced techniques of illumination epoxy resin casting installa- tion are described. And the analysis precision and practice result are also elucidated. Effect of the new installing techniques by callback after installing and sea trials is validated. Sum-up advice and guidance are provided.
