摘要
以缩短造船周期为最终目的,结合企业实际情况,从搭载阶段贴附件编码管理、永久性吊码设计、分段划分设计、分道套料设计等4个方面对84 000m3液化气船进行生产设计优化,并总结得出优化方案对分段制作效率和船坞搭载效率有明显提升作用。通过该项研究,为后续同类型船舶在缩短船坞周期方面提供实践基础。
To shorten the shipbuilding period as the ultimate purpose,combined with the actual situation of enterprises from the design of the production is optimized for a 84 000 m3 liquified gas carrier(LPG) from four aspects as erecting parts code management, marine lug design, block division plan design and nesting plan design. It concludes that optimization scheme makes significant improvement on block production efficiency and the dock carrying ef- ficiency. This research provides practice basis in shortening the period of the dock for subse- quent similar ships.
