摘要 对近年海洋石油工程行业一种重要的装船工具自行式模块运输车(Self-Propelled Modular Transporter,SPMT)运输方法及风险进行阐述。针对海洋工程行业产品质量大、重心高、单个货物规格尺寸大、运输过程中受潮水影响等特点,结合SPMT小车自身使用要求和自身特性,通过工程经验和国内外行业标准对小车运输作业过程进行分析。最终给出小车运输过程需要考虑的关键环节和风险点对策。相关分析和结论对行业使用SPMT小车运输具有一定的参考意义。 SPMT(Self-Propelled Modular Transporter) is an important and common tool in offshore oil load out works. The method of SPMT and the hazard analysis of the transpor- tation works are introduced. The cargos always have heavy weight, much higher centre of gravity, large dimension, and during load out onto the barge, will be easily affected by the tide. According to these characteristics and the SPMT itself trait, following the experience and specifications that accepted in this industry. The key factors of the transportation works and the hazard point and solution are analyzed. The analysis and introduction will have some reference meaning of this kind of load out method.
