摘要
我国是世界上第一个造桥的国家,珠港澳大桥的成功建设,标志着我国已经从建桥大国迈进了建桥强国的行列。桥梁建设促进了涂料技术和产量的迅速发展,产量递增速率已达到了8%。桥梁涂料和其配套性的先进性得到了提高。本文简要介绍了我国桥梁建设的发展趋势、桥梁涂料在钢结构和混凝土基材上的应用配套方案[其中包括电弧喷锌(铝)做底涂的方案]。在桥梁涂层的节能性、环保性方面,介绍了"高固体"、"水性化"、"低表面处理"等设计和配套施工方案。在推动桥梁涂料的研发和应用方面,指出:遵守国内外环保法规、规范涂装工艺、提高涂层寿命仍是桥梁涂料和涂装的努力方向。
This article introduces the development trend of Chinese bridge construction and its related coating systems which are used for steel structure and concrete substrates, meanwhile, introduces the design and construction cases including high solid coatings, waterborne coatings and low surface pretreatment in terms of environmental friendly and energy-saving coating process for bridges. This article points out the trends including compliance with international and domestic environmental protection laws, coating process and improvement of service life of coating systems, which are conducive for the further development of coatings for bridges
