摘要
为了替代铬酸盐钝化技术,本研究采用自制的阳离子型水性聚氨酯分散体作为成膜树脂,添加硅烷偶联剂、表面活性剂、无铬类金属盐作为功能助剂,制备了一种有机-无机复合的环保型无铬钝化涂料。分别讨论了阳离子型水性聚氨酯分散体、硅烷偶联剂、表面活性剂、无铬类金属盐以及钝化液的p H对无铬钝化涂料的稳定性及最终钝化涂层的影响。
In order to replace the chromate-based passivation, an organic-inorganic hybrid environmental friendly chromium-free passvating coating has been prepared by using the self- prepared cationic waterborne PU dispersion as film-forming material in addition to functional additives including silane coupling agent, surfactant and chromium-free metal salt. The effects of cationic waterborne PU dispersion, silane coupling agent, surfactant, chromium-free metal salt and pH value of passivating solution on storage stability and properties of coatings and passivating layer thereof have been investigated.
