摘要
目的开展饮用水中铁现场检测方法研究,应用便携式分光光度计及配套试剂包开展检测,并评价方法效果。方法采用便携式分光光度计测定吸光度值,绘制内置标准曲线,实现生活饮用水中铁浓度现场直读。结果本方法线性范围0.1~3.0 mg/L,r>0.999。分别用纯水及生活饮用水水样进行精密度实验,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.0%~9.2%。分别用低、中、高3个不同浓度铁(浓度分别为0.1 mg/L、0.3 mg/L和0.5 mg/L)进行加标回收实验,回收率在85.0%~124.0%之间。测定有证标准参考物质,结果在标准值范围内。结论该现场检测方法准确、简便、快速,适用于饮用水中铁的现场检测。
Objective Study on a new field test method of Fe in drinking water. The portable spectrophotometer and auxiliary reagent package were used to conduct the research. Methods The portable spectrophotometer was used in this study, internal standard curve was drawn, concentration could be read directly. Results The linear range of this method was 0. 1 - 3.0 mg/L, r 〉0. 999. The precision was tested using purified water and drinking water. The relative standard deviation (RSD) ranged from 2. 0% to 9.2%. The recovery rate ranged from 85.0% to 124.0% tested with low, medium and high concentrations of Fe (0. 1 mg/L, 0.3 mg/L and 0. 5 mg/L, respectively). Certified standard reference material was tested using this method, the result was within the standard values. Conclusion The method is accurate, easy and fast. It is suitable for field testing of Fe in drinking water.
