脑胶质瘤患者外周血DC细胞的检测及其临床意义

The expresssion of DC cells in patients with brain glioma and its clinical significance

目的检测脑胶质瘤患者外周血树突状细胞(DC)的改变,探讨其相关的临床意义。方法收集2015年1月至2016年4月我院神经外科收治的脑胶质瘤患者44例,另取同期我院健康体检者40例作为正常对照。DC细胞表达使用流式细胞仪检测。结果 DC1细胞和DC2细胞在对照组分别为1.82±0.43%和1.89±0.42%,显著高于胶质瘤组的1.44±0.24%和1.52±0.26%(P<0.05)。DC1细胞和DC2细胞亚型在胶质瘤Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级不同分级之间存在显著的差异(P<0.05)。DC1细胞和DC2细胞术后1d和3d均显著低于术前(P<0.05)。DC1细胞和DC2细胞术后3d又显著低于术后1d(P<0.05),术后7d恢复到术前水平(P>0.05)。结论胶质瘤患者中存在DC细胞的低表达,不同分级之间DC细胞表达存在显著差异,手术治疗可以显著减低DC细胞表达,为胶质瘤患者围手术期免疫治疗的时期选择提供了一定的理论依据。

Objective To detect the expresssion of DC cells in patients with brain glioma and explore its clinical significance. Methods A total of 44 patients with brain glioma were enrolled in our hospital. Another 40 cases of healthy person were used as normal control. The DC cells were detected by cytometry analysis. Results The proportion of the DC1 and DC2 cells in control group was 1.82±0.43% and 1.89±0.42% ,which was higher than that of 1.44±0.24% and 1.52±0.26% in glioma group （P〈0.05）. There was significant difference of DC1 and DC2 cells among grade I , I1 , 11I ,and IV（P〈0.05）,After operation for ld and 3d,DC1 and DC2 cells were significantly lower than that before operation（P〈0.05）,Which was significantly lower 3d than ld after operation （P〈0.05）. DC1 cells and DC2 cells recovered to the preoperative level after operation 7d （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The expression of DC cells was lower patients with glioma,which bore significant difference among different grades, Operation therapy can signifi- cantly reduce the expression of DC cells ,which provides a theoretical basis for selection of appropriate period in immunotherapy of glioma patients.
