在教育大众化及高等教育结构优化调整的背景下,如何引导不同类型、不同层次高校实现应用型本科教育转型发展,对地方社会经济转型发展升级具有重要意义.文章在分析应用型本科教育实现方式的基础上,从地方本科院校转型发展背景、转型必要性、转型的目标、内容和路径,以及新建应用型本科院校的发展方向与措施入手,对地方本科院校整体转型发展进行了全面系统的论述,以期为地方本科高校的发展与改革提供理论参考.

Under the background of the popularization of education and the optimization and adjustment of the structure of higher education, how to guide the development and transformation of application-oriented undergraduate colleges in different types and different levels is of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of local society and economy. Based on analysis of the implementation mode of applied undergraduate course, this paper analyzes the background, necessity of transformation, basic connotation and characteristics of the transformation of local undergraduate colleges, development direction and measures of applied undergraduate colleges, as well as transformation and development of a comprehensive system of exposition, with a view to the reform and development of local colleges and universities to provide references.
