交联剂对聚苯乙烯多孔材料结构及性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of crosslinking agents on structure and properties of polystyrene porous materials

摘要 以苯乙烯(St)为单体,分别以含甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基的有机硅树脂(MTQ)、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,采用高内相乳液(HIPEs)模板法制备贯通性良好、蜂窝状的聚合物多孔材料.探讨有机硅树脂及传统小分子交联剂对多孔材料结构和性能的影响.结果表明:与使用EGDMA交联剂制备的材料相比,以MTQ硅树脂做交联剂所制备的多孔材料泡孔孔径较小、排布更为紧密,热分解温度提升71.5℃左右,且压缩性能也有一定的提高. Polymer porous materials with honeycomb-like and inter-connective structure were prepared by high internal phase emulsions (HIPEs) template method, using styrene (St) as monomer and ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA), silicone resin with methacryloxypropyl group (MTQ) as crosslinking-agents, respectively. The influence of organic silicon resin and traditional small molecular crosslinking agent on the structure and properties of porous materials was discussed. The results showed that voids of porous polymer materials were more orderly and closed using MTQ as the cross linking agents, and the thermal decomposition temperature increased by 71.5℃, and compressive properties were improved to a certain extent, compared with porous materials prepared by EGDMA.
