摘要
对四川省部分职业院校执行《职业学校教师企业实践规定》对于教师到企业实践的政策保障现状进行了调查研究。研究结果显示:高职学校对《职业学校教师企业实践规定》普遍知晓,中职学校知晓率仅63.64%;出台了教师企业实践保障政策的学校占73.17%(其中高职院校占83.33%,中职学校45.45%),且多数是"鼓励性的政策";对于教师企业实践的考核基本上流于形式。学校执行这一政策面临着师资总体不足、专项预算缺失、缺少合作企业等困难,建议学校要配齐师资队伍、拓宽人才引进渠道、重视科技合作、争取各方支持。
This paper investigated the current situation of the guarantee policy of teachers" practice in business during the implementation of Regulation on Vocational School Teachers" Practice in Businesses in some vocational colleges and schools in Sichuan Province. The study shows that: higher vocational schools generally knew the regulation, but only 63. 64% secondary vocational schools knew it; 73. 17% schools (of which higher vocational colleges accounts for 83. 33% , secondary vocational schools accounts for 45. 45% ) have issued policies to protect teachers' practice in business. However, most policies are not effectively implemented, and the evaluation solely became an empty talk. The implementation of this policy meets difficulties such as the lack of teachers, special budget and cooperative enter- prises, etc. It'suggested that schools broaden the channels of brain gain to recruit enough teachers, at- tach importance to scientific and technological cooperation, and strive for the support of all parties.
