湖北省小型水库水雨情自动测报系统建设探索

Automatic system of hydrological collection and transmission for small reservoirs in Hubei Province

为及时掌握小型水库水雨情等实时信息,进一步强化小型水库安全管理,近年,湖北省水利厅结合小型病险水库除险加固项目,统筹推进全省小型水库水雨情自动测报系统项目建设,统一标准、接口和平台。目前已建站点运行稳定,在全省小型水库防洪保安中发挥了积极作用。

In order to have real-time information on water and rainfall in a timely basis and ensure safe opera- tion of small reservoirs, Hubei Provincial Water Resources Department has integrated standards, interface and platform of automatic system for hydrological data measuring and forecasting of small reservoirs in the whole province. Currently, the automatic systems operate well and are in a stable condition, and play a critical role in flood control and safety of small reservoir in Hubei Province.
