干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎疗效及安全性评价

Effect and Security of Interferon α-2b for Spray in the Treatment of Children Herpangina

目的:探讨干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗儿童疱疹性咽峡炎的临床有效性和安全性。方法:随机选取我院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的疱疹性咽峡炎患儿60例,其中男34例,女26例,年龄1~7岁。根据随机数表法将患儿分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予补液、退热、消炎等对症处理,观察组在对照组基础上加用重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂局部喷洒于咽部、口腔内病灶处,每天3~4次,比较两组患儿体温恢复时间、疱疹消失时间、流涎消失时间、住院时间、治疗有效率及不良反应。结果:观察组体温恢复时间、疱疹消失时间、流涎消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率为93.3%(28/30),对照组为70.0%(21/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间所有患儿均未出现严重不良反应,观察组不良反应发生率为13.3%(4/30),对照组为10.0%(3/30),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,在补液、退热、消炎等对症治疗的基础上于病灶局部喷洒干扰素α-2b喷雾剂可显著提高疗效,缩短住院时间,安全性高,值得临床推广。

Objective： To explore the effect and security of interferon α-2b for spray in the treatment of children herpangina. Methods： A total of 60 children with herpangina treated in our hospital from Jan. 2014 to Jan. 2015 were selected. They were divided into observation group （n = 30） and control group （n = 30）. The control group was given basic treatment of herpangina. The observation group was given interferon α-2b for spray （3 to 4 times a day ） on the basis of control group. The temperature recovery time, disappearance time of herpes and ptyalism, hospital stay, the adverse reaction rate and treatment efficiency rate were compared between two groups. Results： The temperature recovery time, disappearance time of herpes and ptyalism, hospital stay were shorter than those of control group （P〈0.05）. The treatment efficiency rate of observation group was higher than that of control group （93.3% vs 70.0% , P〈0.05）. There were no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between observation group and control group （13. 3% vs 10. 0%, P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Interferon α-2b for spray is effective and safe in the treatment of children herpangina on the basis of basic treatment. It is worthy of clinic application.
