隧道工程富水破碎带注浆加固效果综合评定技术 被引量:15

摘要 注浆技术已成为地下工程中重要的辅助工法,它对于破碎带加固、断层注浆堵水、沉降控制等工程有着极好效果,而注浆效果检验评定技术对于注浆效果质量的优劣具有重要意义。以山西某隧道为试验隧道,采用物探法、开挖取样法、渗透系数测试法、数字钻孔电视法对隧道工程注浆效果进行评定。研究结果表明:注浆后黑色条纹已经变淡或者消失,注浆材料已充填破碎围岩,注浆后隧道岩层整体性得到提高;注浆后地层的渗透系数为1.57×10-5~1.64×10-5cm/s之间;注浆后裂隙数量减少20条且裂隙宽度明显降低;隧道开挖过程中围岩稳定且无漏水现象,实现了安全开挖。 Grouting technology is an important auxiliary method to underground engineering for it has a good effect on reinforcement of fracture zone, water blockage, subsidence control, etc.. but, technology of grouting effect test is very significance for pros and cons of quality of grouting effect. taking Shanxi a certain tunnel as the experimental tunnel, by using physical exploration method, method of inspection hole, test method of permeability coefficient, grouting effect of floor undulation is evaluated, At the same time, Characteristic of tunnel excavation is monitored. The results show that: (1) The black fringe image has paled or disappeared, Grouting material has been filled with crushed surrounding rock, the integrity of floor strata is improved; (2) Permeability coefficient of strata is 1.58 ×10-5 _ 1.64 × 10-5 cm/s after grouting; (3) Quantity of fractures is reduced 35 and width of fractures is obvious decreased af- ter grouting; (4) During excavation tunnel surrounding rock without leaks, and rock stability, to achieve objective of safety mining.
