摘要
为了解决MAC改性沥青混合料低温病害突出的问题,通过对MAC与SBS复合改性沥青针入度指标性能和PG分级系统研究,确定了MAC与SBS适宜的掺配比例,系统评价了不同MAC和SBS掺量复合改性沥青混合料的路用性能。试验结果表明,MAC与SBS复合改性沥青混合料具有优良的路用性能,MAC与SBS复合可以充分发挥SBS与MAC各自对沥青的改性作用,提高沥青混合料的综合路用性能。MAC与SBS复合改性沥青中,MAC的推荐掺量为2.5%~3.0%,SBS添加量为2.0%~3.0%;MAC与SBS复合改性沥青可大幅改善SMA以及AC沥青混合料的综合路用性能,其抗疲劳耐久性优于SBS改性沥青混合料;实体工程和试验段检测结果表明,MAC与SBS复合改性沥青混凝土延长了道路的使用寿命,经济、社会效益显著。
Toimprove the low temperature crack resistance performance of MAC modified asphalt pavement , this article did systematic study on penetration index performance and PG grade , and determine the MAC and SBS appropriate blending ratio, at the same time studied the road performance of MAC and SBS compound modified asphalt and its mixture with different dosage of MAC and SBS. The test results show: MAC and SBS composite modified asphalt mixture has good road performance, MAC and SBS composite can give full play to the SBS and MAC respectively for asphalt modification effect, im- prove the comprehensive road performance of asphalt mixture. MAC and SBS composite modified asphalt, the MAC of the recommended dosage is 2.5% - 3.0% , the SBS content is 2.0% - 2.0% ; MAC and SBS composite modified asphalt can greatly improve the SMA and AC road performance of asphalt mixture and its fatigue durability is better than that of SBS modified asphalt mixture; Entity engineering and test section test results show that the MAC and SBS composite modified asphalt concrete to prolong the life of the road, economic and social benefit is remarkable.
