摘要
分别运用化学衍生法与X光电子能谱(XPS)分析了硝酸氧化前、后的碳纤堆表面所发生的化学变化。结果表明,高模量碳纤维表面化学基团含量要明显低于低模量碳纤维的含量;硝酸氧化对于低模量碳纤维表面改性显著大于高模量碳纤维;硝酸氧化使得碳纤维表面相应羟基含量得以减少,而碳纤维表面羟基含量却有所增加。
Chemical chemotaxis and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to analyze the chemical changes that occurred on the surface of the fiber before and after nitric acid oxidation.It was found that the content of chemical groups on the surface of high modulus carbon fiber was significantly lower than that of low modulus carbon fiber.Nitric acid oxidation for low modulus carbon fiber surface modification, to significantly larger than the high modulus of carbon fiber.Oxidation of nitric acid causes the corresponding hydroxyl content on the surface of carbon fiber to be reduced, while the carbon content of carbon fiber surface has increased.
