壳牌煤气化装置管道布置的优化设计

Optimum Design of Pipeline Arrangement for Shell Coal Gasifier

针对目前壳牌煤气化装置管道布置设计应用过程中存在的问题,分析了壳牌煤气化装置管道布置的特点,并提出了壳牌煤气化装置与管道布置的设计控制要点,其目的是为相关建设者提供一些理论依据。结果表明,要想提高壳牌煤气化装置管道布置设计的合理性,应将现有的设计科学技术成果充分利用起来,以提高装置管道的应用效率。

In view of the defects in the design and application of the pipeline design of Shell coal gasification plant, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the pipeline layout of Shell coal gasification plant and puts forward the design and control points of Shell coal gasification plant and pipeline arrangement.Related builders to provide some theoretical basis.The results show that, in order to improve the rationality of the piping layout design of Shell coal gasification plant, the existing design science and technology achievements should be fully utilized to improve the application efficiency of the pipeline.
