摘要
12Cr1Mo VG属于常见的珠光体耐热钢,15Cr Mo属于低合金珠光体耐热钢,这两种异种钢都具有很好的抗氧化性与热强性,但这两种钢在进行焊接时,都容易出现冷裂纹等缺陷。针对这一问题,主要对12Cr1Mo VG与15Cr Mo异种钢的焊接工艺进行了分析,对厚壁管道合理的焊接工艺与热处理工艺进行了优化研究。
