摘要
研究的原材料为复盐MgCO_3·(NH_4)_2CO_3·H_2O。该复盐是通过盐湖水氯镁石氨法经二次反应沉淀得到的,对其进行热解可以分解得到目的产物——碱式碳酸镁。实验着重于探讨Mg^(2+)用量、预氨量、液固比、热解的时间以及温度对目的产物质量的影响。通过对实验结果进行数据分析,可得到最有效制备碱式碳酸镁的数据选择。
The experimental study of the raw material is salt MgCO3 (NIL) 2CO3-H2O.The salt is through Saline Lake bischofite ammonia method after two times of reaction precipitation, the pyrolysis can be decomposed to our products-basic magnesium carbonate. The experiments were carried out to investigate the effects of Mg^2+ dosage, the amount of ammonia, the ratio of solid to liquid, the time of pyrolysis and the temperature on the quality of the product.Through the analysis of the experimental data, we will get the most effective preparation of basic magnesium carbonate data selection.
