液相色谱法测定环氧乙烷中甲醛、乙醛的含量方法

摘要 用甲醛和乙醛分别与2,4-二硝基苯肼发生衍生化反应,通过衍生化反应与液相色谱结合的方法,得到高效液相色谱法对环氧乙烷中甲醛和乙醛的含量测定方法。并且在测定环氧乙烷中醛含量时进行干扰实验。研究结果表明:环氧乙烷对这个衍生化反应有抑制作用,在甲醛和乙醛标准溶液里加入环氧乙烷本底,可以消除样品里环氧乙烷本底产生的负向干扰。把浓度作为横坐标,纵坐标为峰高绘制工作曲线,计算出的相关系数是:甲醛的是0.999 5、乙醛为0.999 3。甲醛和乙醛的回收率都为94%~104%。 This study used formaldehyde and acetaldehyde in 2 4-two, 4-dinitrophenylhydrazine derivatization reaction, by combining the method of derivative reaction and liquid chromatography, HPLC method for the determination of the content of the obtained formaldehyde and acetaldehyde in ethylene oxide chromatography.And the interference experiment was carried out in the determination of the aldehyde content of the epoxy ethane.The results showed that the epoxy ethane could inhibit the derivatization reaction, adding ethylene oxide to the standard solution of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde, which could eliminate the negative interference from the background of ethylene oxide in the sample.The concentration as the horizontal coordinate, vertical coordinates for the peak height of the work curve, calculated the correlation coefficient is : the formaldehyde is 0.9995, the formaldehyde is lower than the formaldehyde 0.9993.The recovery of formaldehyde and acetaldehyde was between 94% and 104%.
