浅谈柔性掩护支架采煤法在急倾斜煤层中的优势

摘要 冀中能源张矿集团怀来矿业有限公司为适应煤炭行业发展需求,认真探索适合于本矿煤层特点的采煤方法,2014年开始对该矿的采煤方法进行改革。经过认真分析,结合本矿急倾斜煤层地质特点及柔性掩护支架使用条件,选用ZRY 27/35L型柔性掩护支架支护爆破方式落煤的采煤工艺,将南西四区22煤层650工作面做为柔性掩护支架采煤方法试点面。实践证明,与老采煤法相比,该采煤法具有生产系统简单、安全系数高、通风可靠等优点,具有很高的使用价值。 In order to meet the development needs of the coal industry, Jizhong Energy Mining Group Huailai Mining Co,, Ltd. has carefully explored the coal mining method which is suitable for the characteristics of the coal seam.In 2014, the mining method of the mine has been reformed.After careful analysis, combined with the geological characteristics of the steep coal seam in the mine and the conditions of flexible cover support, the ZRY 27/35L flexible shield support was used to support the blasting coal mining process. Flexible screening support method for coal mining.Practice has proved that the coal mining method compared with the old mining, with a simple production system, high safety factor, reliable ventilation, etc., has a high value.
