冀中能源张矿集团怀来矿业有限公司为适应煤炭行业发展需求,认真探索适合于本矿煤层特点的采煤方法,2014年开始对该矿的采煤方法进行改革。经过认真分析,结合本矿急倾斜煤层地质特点及柔性掩护支架使用条件,选用ZRY 27/35L型柔性掩护支架支护爆破方式落煤的采煤工艺,将南西四区22煤层650工作面做为柔性掩护支架采煤方法试点面。实践证明,与老采煤法相比,该采煤法具有生产系统简单、安全系数高、通风可靠等优点,具有很高的使用价值。
