电信工程施工企业主要从事电信工程的基建部分,基本以野外施工为主。由于施工人员长期在外工作,因此,诸如各类传染性疾病、流行病、一般性疾病及职业病均严重威胁到施工人员的身心健康。为了最大程度帮助施工人员克服各类疾病困扰,电信施工企业认真落实了《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》,并建立起行之有效的施工人员职业健康管理系统,初步掌握了电信施工中常见的病害防御体系。
