滑坡监测预警系统研究

摘要 我国在近10a开展了大量的监测预警工作,并有所收获,出台了《关于联合开展地质灾害气象预警预报工作协议》等协议试图减少因为地质灾害所带来的经济影响。但成功预警率并不是很理想,这一方面表现在成功预警实例中专业预警所占比例过低,另一方面表现在发生的大量的地质灾害在已有的预警点之外,而解决这一问题的方法是是将区域上的滑坡发育规律进行分析,找到可以将隐患点区别技术方法,以及引进风险管理的概念,进行监测资源的合理分配和有效预警。 In recent 10 years, China has carried out a large number of monitoring and early warning work, and has harvested, promulgated the "Agreement on Joint Implementation of Geological Hazard Meteorological Early Warning and Forecasting" and other agreements trying to reduce the economic impact caused by geological disasters.But the author read the relevant information, the success rate of early warning is not very satisfactory, this is reflected in the success of early warning cases in the proportion of professional warning is too low, on the other hand at the same time in the occurrence of a large number of geological disasters in the existing warning In addition, the method of solving the problem is to analyze the landslide development law in the area, find the technical method which can distinguish the hidden danger points, and introduce the concept of risk management, and make the reasonable allocation and effective warning of the monitoring resources.
