Application Design of Mobile Dust Removing Device on Purging Technique

针对轨道列车底部电器控制等位置吸附的粉尘等物质,结合人工吹扫作业过程的特点,在满足吹扫质量和生产节拍的前提下,设计选用移动式吹扫装置和自动吹扫方式,有效控制粉尘的外逸,减少粉尘等颗粒对列车的磨损腐蚀,保护吹扫操作人员的身体健康,降低对周边环境的污染。

Aiming at materials includes dust that can attached to the electrical equipment at the bottom of train,and based on artificial purge process characteristic,this designed movable device can automatically purge dust,and reach the purge quality and production tact. The device can effectively control escaped dust,protect operators and carriages from harmful particulates and reduce the pollution to surrounding.
