摘要
针对连铸过程中发生卷渣现象,设计了模拟卷渣冷态实验装置。通过设计不同斜坡构造和使用不同种类油模拟油水卷渣过程。通过设计油水卷渣模拟实验,可实现教学内容形象化、趣味性,适用于课程教学实验、专业综合实验、创新研究。该实验装置已经投入使用,实验取得较好教学效果。
Aiming at the phenomenon that the slag entrainment occurs in the process of the continuous casting,an experimental device for simulating the cold state of the slag entrainment is designed.Through the design of the different ramp structures and by using the different kinds of oil,the process of the oil-water slag entrainment is simulated.Through the design of the oil-water slag simulation experiment,the teaching content can be visualized and interesting,which is suitable for the curriculum teaching experiment,the professional comprehensive experiment and the innovation research.This experimental device has been put into use,and the experiment achieves good effects of the teaching and experimental research.
